This hanging rack is high quality and easy to assemble. The directions are clear. The only things that are a bit strange are the hanging hooks are just hooks so arent affixed with anything but gravity, and the baskets dont all line up with the hardware in exactly the same orientation-- just aesthetic, doesnt affect the function.. I really like this for several reasons. It was less than 5 minutes to set up. In a rental having items that you don’t need to drill or hammer is key. It’s super functional as my entry exit closet items for shades, hats, umbrellas, winter gloves, bags. The only thing that is not a wayfair issue but a designer issue is the hooks. Marketed as 12 hooks but top hooks don’t curve so hats fall off. Bottom hooks say 6 but with hat brims you can only use every other hook.
