This is sturdy and well made. I just ordered this yesterday and it was delivered today. I’d have given this 5 stars but like another comment, it’s smaller than advertised. If you zoom on the photo you’ll note, the bottom extends beyond the sides. The inside is a few mm shy of 12 inches on the width and depth. I purchased this to store socks that are in a container 12 inches long. Either I’ll make alterations on the container or choose to do otherwise. It’s already put together, all you need to do is put the hooks in and hang.. Sally. Oak Park, IL. Fri Oct 23 2026

Happy with the outcome. a major improvement over old-style wire shelfs. Drywall was attached to 1 x 2 furring strips glued to concrete wall, so the 50 mm screws provided were too long to be used. The supplied toggle bolts could not be used either as there was not a sufficient gap between the drywall and the concrete. Therefore I used 10 concrete screws for hanging rail and 4 for support cleats to ensure a good solid connection to the wall. The box containing the vertical panels arrived wet on the bottom end and open - the panels all had some minor damage. Dotted Line offered to sent new panels then we settled on a credit as I had already done the installation and touch-up. The drawers do not come with installation instructions but a QR code on the template leads to the online version, and once you do the first drawer the others go quickly. You must be very strict to the template to attach the slide rail to the sides of the drawers! The drawer fronts allow for adjustment and with patience you can get the drawers visually aligned. Overall very happy with the outcome for a good price.. Alex. Palm Beach, FL. Wed Sep 23 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This close-minded unit was really heavy in the box but once we put it together was really light. The storage capacity is really deep allowing you to put a lot of what ever you need with ease. Once put together is really strong and can handle really heavy things. I was sent only 1 unit but wish I could have received both. Will be looking to buy another unit.. Carolt. Wed Jul 15 2026
