It was easy to assemble with 2 people. You almost need 2 people once is starts to be mostly together. That pressed wood can be heavy. It has that cheap backing but it all fit together well. We were able to adjust the doors so they closed nicely and then to get the seam between the doors to be small and straight. It took almost 2 hours. They do have soft close which is a great addition. The hanging space is tight, no sweaters or bulky items would fit. The space is only a small amount larger than an adult hanger. Might work better for small kids clothing. The hanging space is enough for a dress or longer coat lengthwise. The hanging space does not allow for clothing to be see, only the piece in front, unless you sort through them. Shoes, purses, or folded clothing can fit in the shelving area. Love it - temp solution to not enough room in closet - will post pic once I get curtains up. I highly recommend / nit a huge fan of the pieces used to attach the two separate racks but I used both for bottom and used zip ties for the top. Excellent quality for the price. Overall I am very happy for the price and value. It seems pretty well made you are suppose to. Secure it to the wall which I was not aware of. It works for women’s clothes with thin hangers well. Probably not good for a man with larger plastic hangers becasue the bottom row hangers would hit the cross bar because they are larger.
