We were able to adjust the doors so they closed nicely and then to get the seam between the doors to be small and straight. It took almost 2 hours. Really beautiful piece. Solidly made; everything has a feel of higher-end quality. Hickory finish is similar to a white oak color, with color variations that look lovely in person and add to the organic modern vibe of the piece. Pulls are leather (hard to see in the photos). It's raw to the touch; may want to protect it with some matte finishing wax. Super roomy inside, and comes with 3 shelves.
