Overall, I like this closet organizer. The drawer slides are a one roller front and one roller rear and while they work, they are noisy, a little rough, and when the drawer is pulled out, the drawers make a good thump when it hits the stops. I thought I knew my measurements before I ordered this closet organizer and it turns out it is a little big for the closet. And once its assembled, what are you going to do? We will make it work.. This hanging rack is high quality and easy to assemble. The directions are clear. The only things that are a bit strange are the hanging hooks are just hooks so arent affixed with anything but gravity, and the baskets dont all line up with the hardware in exactly the same orientation-- just aesthetic, doesnt affect the function.. Bought these back in 2020 and finally had use of them for my son who moved back for graduate school. Well built, sturdy and takes about a full day to complete. Cut to fit a 5ft wide closet.
