I've called and I'm waiting for some help. I ordered the Mesa 30" x 40" walk in soaker tub with shower enclosure with light and there is no light and it doesn't fit well on the bottom portion. The bottom portion says it has an inline heater but no electrician or plumber could find one and it came with no instructions and the wrong manual so we're pretty sure the wrong one got sent so I am not sure the right tub top and bottom arrived. I'm waiting for HELP as I have contractors standing by and I've spent alot of money. Pros: if I get the right thing I think it will be great, I've purchased it for my handicapped parents and we're all kind of on hold til this thing gets right. This is not the tub I received at all. And now I’m stuck with a $2,500 tub that I have to try and sell. It was dropped off by the delivery truck in a damaged box, we were told to make sure it was right without the plumber or contractor there. Had no idea, but he left and when we looked at the picture of what we ordered and what we got - not even close. It won’t work in the space it was ordered for, and customer service was no help since it wasn’t reported right away. Which is very difficult to do when working on a contractors schedule. Once they saw it, they said we’d been sent the wrong tub. I’ve had good luck with smaller Wayfair purchases, but will definitely never order appliances or large items from them ever again!. Nice addition to my bathroom - because of it it’s small imprint- it is minimalist, simple and elegant - but unfortunately, first it is a slow draining tub - in fact very very slow - and secondly it is rather noisy when draining (horrible rattling) but after all the trouble of installing it I don’t see uninstalling it - I wish there is a solution to this problem… The plastic sides popped off because of the rattling while draining…. This unit also has the tiny messaging air bubbles which aid in skin rejuvenation and healing process with out being so forceful and cause further skin issues.
