The Tovolo Twist and Chop Mini Mincer takes the knife work out of mincing garlic and fresh herbs. Drop up to 5 peeled garlic cloves or a handful of herb leaves into the clear chamber, then twist the charcoal lid. Each turn rotates the built-in gears, which drive sharp stainless steel blades through the contents for evenly minced garlic in seconds. Your hands stay clear of any blade, and there is no knife or cutting board to clean. The clear chamber lets you watch the texture and stop when it looks right. When you are done, the included garlic comb sweeps every last bit out and into the pan. The blade assembly comes apart for easy, thorough cleaning between uses. The compact mincer is BPA-free, food safe and dishwasher safe.

With the manual Starfrit Pull Chopper, you can cut food efficiently because each time you pull the cord, the blades turn 8 times inside the unit. The more you pull, the more your food will be chopped finely—even to a puree! The blades can even crush ice into snow. This manual food chopper is ideal for fruits, vegetables, fresh herbs, meat, eggs, and more.

Even when you love cooking, it helps to have an easy out of all the prep sometimes. In this case, throw some rough chopped anything that has a decent structure to it (large quantity of leafy greens and soft herbs won't work well here) and it will dice it up. Works ideally on things like garlic gloves, chunks of onion, baby carrots, cabbage, tomato, etc. If you have a family to cook for and some evenings it's way too much to dice up a bunch of ingredients and a food processor seems a bit too expensive or loud, this is your guy..
