This rug is beautiful and great quality. The reason I deducted a star is because in the listing it reads as a warm undertone and it is not at all. The subtle “beige” is actually more of a grey color. It is still beautiful, I just wanted something a little warmer.. Suzanne. Media, PA. Sat Jul 25 2026

Roll out some traditional style underfoot in your dining room or living room with this area rug. It's handmade in India from wool, and features a higher 0.63" pile to provide some padding underfoot. It showcases an Oriental-inspired scroll design with a multicolored finish for a dimensional look that still manages to blend in with almost any color palette in your home. We recommend adding a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping and sliding.

I have had really good experiences with the wool Safavieh rugs I've ordered from Wayfair. I chose this one to eventually go in our front foyer so that I wouldn't have to be overly concerned with light-toned areas becoming visibly soiled (when our grand-dogs visit). Overall, I would consider it to fall in the brown family however, the background has a slight green hue. The blue is very muted. Has settled to flat within a couple of days.. Teri. Redding, CA.
