Overall, this set works well for our space, and it blends nicely with our other outdoor furniture. The size is on the smaller side, and it sits lower to the ground than expected, so that’s something to be aware of when purchasing. Our experience getting started was a bit frustrating. The set arrived without any hardware. We worked with Wayfair to have it sent, and while the issue was ultimately resolved, it took multiple correspondences and several different representatives before it was handled. Because we needed it quickly, I also asked for the hardware specifications so we could purchase screws locally. Once that was provided, and the replacement hardware arrived about five days later, we were able to move forward. I understand that issues like this can happen, and I appreciate that it was resolved, though it felt like it could have been handled more efficiently. Assembly took longer than expected, as some of the screws did not align perfectly. Once set up, the loveseat is comfortable, though the cushions are on the thinner side. The table needed a bit of modification for stability—we added two large tiles to the top so that glasses and cups sit securely. With that adjustment, it functions well. I had a slight concern about the wicker attracting wasps, but the polyethene wicker material proved to be a lifesaver. It’s incredibly easy to clean and maintain. My only minor issue is that the handwoven design makes it a bit challenging to remove fallen leaves, twigs, or pollen that get trapped in the glass coffee table’s frame. Assembly was relatively straightforward, but using a screw gun would have sped up the process. Surprisingly, the cushions are incredibly comfortable. Nightmare fuel. Cushion thickness, nice. Couch assembly 010 recommend. I’m pretty competent with furniture assembly. The instructions are garbage, hardware comes in a jumbled mess that you have to sort through and organize to figure out which bolts are which sizes. Then, several hardware holes were defective, preventing the bolts from being tightened.
