We love the product and its portability feature and would have given a 5 star rating. However, we are giving a lower rating because of quality control and quality assurance issues. I ordered a brown hammock because it better matched our backyard hardscape. We received a black one with red, yellow, and green stripes at the end (photo included). The black hammock received had only 3 jump rings. Without the expected 4th and 5th jump rings, the hammock can’t be adjusted to a lower position for the family members under 5’ tall (photo included). Also, one pair of the short diagonal bars only had two notches instead of the three mentioned on the instructions which impacted the adjustment and alignment of the hammock (photo included).
