At first, I wasn't sure about this. It's lightweight, aside from the removable grill itself - light plastic and metal. But it works quite well! The griddle is sturdy and has a practical size for my stove. I tried making pita bread, but the dough stuck even though the griddle was seasoned. I love this cast iron grill!
