This grill took quite a long time to put together and the directions aren’t very clear. Definitely set aside at least a half a day if not more and you will need two people. The item came damaged and Wayfair has always been great about their customer service. Delivery was quick and the package arrived in great shape. I was a bit worried about assembly after reading some mixed reviews, but my 12-year-old kid and I put it together in just over an hour. The instructions were surprisingly clear and straightforward — zero frustration!  The 2-in-1 grill and griddle design is brilliant. Having the option to sear steaks on the grill side while doing bacon, eggs, and smashed burgers on the griddle at the same time makes hosting so easy. The cooking surface is huge! One shelf came dented right out of the box, which sucks because its brand new. That and the stickers they put on the shelves are goo gone proof. So thats disappointing. Thankfully it works fine. The hibachi is smaller than I expected but good enough to grill mushrooms and onions. The prep space is nice and I like that the top isnt bulky. Forget about Wayfair helping with issues with this grill. They refer you to the manufacture and you have to jump through hoops to contact anyone.
