Love it! Initially the lever on the side, for lowering the back was so stiff, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to use is, but it softened some and it’s perfect. The chair is beautiful. It is well balanced, sturdy and stable. The seat is firm but could soften in time. Taller clients have mentioned the foot rest is a little shallow. The lift pedal raises lowers the chair well. Assembly was easy and took about 10 minutes. Added a little WD40 to enhance the chair rotation which helped it to spin a little easier.
