This sectional is beautiful and very comfy! The length of time it took for it to arrive was just over 5 weeks from the date the order was placed. The sofa arrived packaged in multiple layers of plastic wrap and carboard, however, upon opening it we did find a little damage. We're currently working with Franklin Corp. the manufacturer of the sofa to come to a resolution. Also to be noted this sofa DOES NOT come with built in USB ports as mentioned in the product specifications. TBD how the manufacture deals with this issue. We did a lot of research before we purchased this couch- almost a year later of daily use, we are still glad we did. The couch was very easy to assemble. We specifically wanted a couch wish removable cushions, so we could wash it when needed- this is perfect for that. Very easy to remove and put the covers back on. The back cushions also attach to the frame of the couch with Velcro, so the pillows don’t move around very much, which was our main complaint with our last couch. The cushions have started to sag a little, but they are easy to fluff up. The fabric is also very easy to clean, and is stain resistant. Our cats also try and fail to scratch it- there are no fraying or scratched areas even a year later. I do wish the bottom cushions velcroed as well, because we do have to reset them as they move- but it is fairly minor. The couch is also very large, so double check measurements. Many years on, this is still a great sofa. I have cats, and the fabric may honestly be about the best-case scenario for a cat household. As you can see in my admittedly dirty sofa photo, claws do occasionally pull up little loops, but they can easily be trimmed or pulled out with very little effect on the overall appearance of the fabric. The modular parts have held up extremely well too. We have reconfigured the sofa plenty of times over the years, and all of the hinges and connectors are still solid. The connectors are substantial metal pieces, not little plastic clips, and nothing has loosened up or broken with repeated use. The storage under the seats is still one of my favorite features. There is a surprising amount of room in there, and having storage built into basically every section makes the whole modular design much more useful. After years of regular use, pets, moving pieces around, opening and closing the storage, and generally not babying it, it has held up remarkably well. I would absolutely buy it again.. Skipp. US.
