Very happy with this purchase. It’s good quality and arrived all in one piece. The only assembly was to screw on the feet. I ordered the green color and was a little surprised by the subtle blackgrey thread undertone that doesn’t really cone across in photos, but it ended up giving the ottoman depth and texture than if it had been all one color.. Love the depth of the couch and ability to lounge comfortably. Feet were a pain to assemble as you need a long screwdriver so couldn’t use my ratcheting screw driver or drill. Wished feet were wood and not plastic, but once assembled you don’t notice. Couch had some defects on arrival, but none that prevented use. Manufacturer was responsive and helped resolve. Sits slightly lower to ground than I was expecting. I like the dual retention features to hold the sections together.. Valerie. WA. Thu Sep 24 2026

Absolutely stunning. I got the Grey Ainsley couch. This current view doesnt show the additional piece of the couch (I have that piece in the downstairs living room). This couch is sensational! The cushions are deep and comfortable, they are super super thick and have a good firmness, so hopefully the couch ages well. Best part, the bottom cushions have a removable slipcover so it can be washed! The back cushions are filled with loose fill, so removing the covers aren’t feasible. This sectional is beautiful and very comfy! The length of time it took for it to arrive was just over 5 weeks from the date the order was placed. The sofa arrived packaged in multiple layers of plastic wrap and carboard, however, upon opening it we did find a little damage. We're currently working with Franklin Corp. the manufacturer of the sofa to come to a resolution. Also to be noted this sofa DOES NOT come with built in USB ports as mentioned in the product specifications. TBD how the manufacture deals with this issue.
