Perfect for heavy commercial use or as an elegant addition to any private space, the Calava offers unmatched quality and a unique aesthetic that sets it apart.

These chairs are a homerun. A expensive boutique look but at an accessible price. They have a handmade (in a good way) artisan made look and feel to them. No bolts or screws are used, but dowels instead. This gives them a nice clean, and elegant look. The woven seat and back are threaded through cutout notches that also give it that artisan feel. It is very sturdy and solid. The low profile is another big plus for me as these sit outside a master bedroom patio and didnt want them to block the view. The biggest plus is they came already put together! The only thing I would possibly tweak is moving the back bar on the seat a touch further back....but other than that they are absolutely perfect and just what i was looking for. Id buy them again in a hot minute.. Martha. Temecula, CA. Sat Mar 09 2024

This chair is something you'd find off the set of Mad Men without breaking the bank. Delivered quickly, I opened it up to see the faux-leather feels just like the real thing. A bit firm, but that's what I like. Also, it's a definite two man job. My only beef outside of fairly easy installation was a few of the last screws could be pre-drilled. Love this chair.. Neal. Two things, both important: #1. I LOVE this chair. It's gorgeous, very high quality, and butter-soft. One day-- a long time from now, I hope-- I just may ask to be propped up in it, my feet resting on an equally lovely stool (TBD) as I await my great reward. #2. Assembly is NOT easy, nor even possible for a single person, unless they have a third arm or a very precise robot. A second person is required-- one with patience, emotional intelligence, and really good eyesight. Tried to do it myself last night for an hour... might have had more success negotiating a bear trap.. Erin. Fryeburg, ME. Tue Aug 04 2026

Made of natural leather and Indonesian mahogany, the lounge chair adds a natural touch of mid-century modern style to any room. To clean, wipe wood parts with a soft, damp cloth; use only leather-safe products on the seat.

I like it very much; I thought the wood would be solid and polished a bit. The leather is nice, but glued to a hard backing; somehow I thought it would be a double layered leather and that's all, but it's glued to a hard something, with a bit of a thin fabric underneath the seat. I still like the look of the chair, and the angle makes it comfortable. It's a very nice looking accent chair; I would have given the 5th star if the quality of the wood and leather was what I expected/hoped for.. Vicky. Tue Dec 10 2024
