You can lift open the top to reveal two storage cubbies where you can keep toys, outdoor gear, or spare tote bags tucked away. It measures 55.13" wide, so there's plenty of room to sit on top and lace up your shoes.

This bench is made of very sturdy wood and looks great. I do agree with other reviewers who have mentioned that the hinges are cheaply made in comparison to the rest of the bench. The lid is very heavy so it will be interesting to see how long the hinges will hold up. I had previously ordered the same bench from another vendor and it showed up completely busted, but this time there was only minor internal damage. I think the problem lies in the fact that it is shipped pre-assembled, which is convenient, but if not handled properly in transit it leads to damage. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.. I purchase a two-pack of this bookcase and it is incredibly sturdy, and the wayfair professional assembly was great. It was not super complicated, and the bookcase is easy to move despite its size. The two bookshelves sit next to each other pefectly. The shelves are deep enough to hold three full rows of paperbacks, or two rows of hardcovers. It fits so many books! The shelf doors also have the slow-close feature to prevent slamming. The only possible downside is the weight. It came in several boxes of about 100lb each. Some were very long, some were short but dense. It definitely takes two people to move the boxes inside! The order shipped fast, and arrived on time. Despite the weight of the boxes, the shelves themselves are a good balance of sturdy and heavy. The ladder comes as a separate package, easy to assemble, and just hooks onto the individual rings. it doesn't slide, but that's okay, because I have it on a rug. The ladder is super light and is tall enough that you can access the top shelf and even on top of the bookshelf! Overall I would happily buy this bookcase again.. Nick. Chicago, IL. Thu Oct 15 2026

It measures 47.24" long, so it can fit in most seating areas.

Love my new coffee table! It holds a lot of items and has a class appearance. It does collect dust / pet hair easily but otherwise I am very happy with my purchase. I recommend purchasing with the matching tv stand. The mahogany contrast sets this piece apart from other ones that are all white. Easier to decorate a room because of the contrast. I was worried the coffee table would be too high to see the tv but it is a perfect height.. Catherine. Lansdale, PA. Fri Feb 22 2019

They look good and sturdy and are just the right size for our space (but were much more affordable than built-ins). It did take 3 deliveries to get the piece on the right to be up to standards (offset doors, wobbly, unpainted parts), but Wayfair wanted to make it right and the delivery guys were so nice and helpful every time. I don't love the drawers- they feel like they may not hold up over time.. Nicholas. Salinas, CA. Fri Apr 19 2019
