First off , the box it came in was in terrible shape. Whole back was open, corner torn off. Thankfully all the parts were there and the chair was not damaged. But FedEx- come on . Secondly and Im no newcomer to assembling items, the assembly was not a smooth process. Some of the screws took several attempts to bite . As for the chair itself Ive used it for a couple of days. Its fine. The foot rest is rather flimsy but overall so far Im pleased with the purchase and the price.. Timothy. Saint Johns, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026

800LBS Big and Tall Office Chair for Heavy People, Heavy Duty Executive Chair with High Back, Extra Wide Seat and Adjustable Lumbar, Large Computer Desk Chair Comfortable for Home Office

We've had this chair a few weeks now and it's been a great addition to the home office. Assembly was easy and straightforward. The chair is genuinely comfortable — the wide seat and high back make it easy to settle in for long stretches at the desk — and it feels sturdy and well built, with no wobble or creaking. It looks nicer in person than I expected, too. So far it's holding up to daily use without any complaints. Would recommend for anyone who wants a substantial, comfortable desk chair.. Elana. US. Good size and comfortable. The option to move the massage feature from your back, to your head to removing it entirely and still having a cushion to replacement was a nice surprise. Only reason it loses a star is due to the fact the assembly instructions aren't entirely clear. It lacks specific details that would be very helpful and you're left to interpreting the images. Made the assembly more difficult than it actually is. Also, a nit pick is I wish I could raise the chair a bit higher, but overall satisfied with the purchase.. Michael. North York, ON.
