Great quality, easy to put together by sliding on back cushions. I gave a 4 star because the arm rests are not arm rests, they are to even with seat. I prefer a higher arm rest. Going to give it a couple of days and see is I need to return for more arm rests or if I can deal. If you want a couch with no armrest, I highly recommend this couch. Overall I like it but it is smaller than I expected. It’ll seat two people, will sleep one, and is firm the way I wanted but it’s lower to the ground and difficult to rise from if you have leg issues. We may put it on risers when the bed isn’t needed. This was a great option to replace our uncomfortable theater seating in our RV. Fit perfectly in the space and took me about 25 minutes to put together. I was worried about it not being comfortable since you can't see it before you buy it, but it is quite comfortable. The electric recliner is a lot quieter and better for when you have a dog that likes to climb up with you - you don't need to worry about them hurting themselves because the foot rest falls out from under them.
