Overall we really like this couch!! We didn’t realize that the cream color one doesn’t come with the arms to open and close the ottomans, there’s just wooden boards that run over the compartments and work as the structure for the seats. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery.
