Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! Very satisfied with this little sofa. Looks super sleek and stylish. Love the wooden accents at the base. Assembly took right around 30 minutes, but the armrests were exceptionally tricky and annoying to slot in. Took a good 10 minutes just to get them perfectly seated. I love the modularity such that I can add more seating or an ottoman if I so choose. Deducting 1 star because I didn’t realize the wooden facade at the base didn’t wrap all the way around the sofa so the back looks pretty bare. The feet also did not come with felt or rubber pads so there’s risk that they’ll scratch the floor. The facade at the base is also not very well aligned despite following the instructions. So easy to put together. I did it by myself, even though 2 people would do it even quicker. While the assembly wasnt difficult, the last part of pulling the back flap down left a gap in the back of the couch on one side. Not sure if I did something wrong, but I followed all instructions to the letter. Thankfully, my couch is against a wall. I like the look overall, but I was hoping it would be more tan than beige. Unfortunately, its just beige. My lighting makes it look tan but its very beige in daylight. Really hard to find tan couches anywhere though, so Ill keep it. Just worried about how long the seats will last. It was very firm when I first sat down, but was already starting to give just a few hours later. The instructions were not easy to follow at all. We have the same exact couch in a grey but I don’t remember it being this hard to set up. The couch is solid though and we must have liked it for us to get 2 of it! This one is in our family room and it has a beautiful royal blue color to it. If you are looking for a less bulky set that is still long and has room, this should do it. It does not look cheap. But I will say this - from knowledge of the other grey one we have, the fabric starts to have piles on it after a short time and this happens with age and from rubbing (sitting) upon it. I am now seeing that there might be ways to remove piling from furniture.
