Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! Love the sofa. Have owned now for 2 months. Initially I was concerned that material was stretching. It does appear stretch after sitting on sofa but material returns to normal after a few minutes. Looks nice. I have to admit one of the reasons I ordered was it was going to be delivered in a week whereas anything else I looked at that would have worked was, well, many weeks more. It really is a conversation couch. Not super comfortable for reading or watching TV. Looks blah now cause we just moved in. There is no sofa more suitably scaled for apartments and small spaces than this rock-solid, clean, contemporary Sofa. This is a nice looking sofa at a good price! I like the shape and the fabric. A few things to note: 1) I ordered "brown" but it really reads "gray"; however, the color is pretty neutral so it goes with anything; add some pillows and it looks great; 2) the back is FIRM so you really sit upright on it; this isn't something you sink into; 3) it's really comfortable to lay down on, which is what I wanted. The sofa/loveseat has a great style and seems very sturdy. The measurements state it, but keep in mind the seat sits higher off the floor than most sofas. I don't mind because it's a nice piece for the price but at 5'7" my feet dangle a bit. The seat cushions are not stiff. Sort of springy. For lounging horizontally you will need pillows. As shown there is no cushioning on the side arm rests. The fabric has a little more movement than expected. I imagined a velvet or mohair which it is not but it's a very sofa material. I'm adding photos. We haven't used it yet just tried it out quickly as it's being sent to an apartment. There were no creaks or squeaks, just the springy cushions as mentioned.
