They did the job. They're basic but the cost was fairly minimal. You'll need to constantly use the allen wrench and tighten up the legs with heavy use. The four chairs arrived in two separate boxes but in one delivery. Everything was packed and labeled well. Shipping was fast. There were no defects with the chair parts or problems with assembly. On some of the longer "B" length screws I sprayed a very small amount of WD40 when the screw was not turning smoothly and it was easy after that. Total assembly took almost two hours for the four chairs. The chairs are decent quality for the price. I like how the legs are a kind of warm honey wood color. The cushioning is high and firm. These fabric covered dining chairs are very nice. A bit difficult to assembled though as the holes and screws did not line up very well. However, once put together they are sturdy and comfortable.
