The set that came the first day is the lighter blue and the furniture in the boxes from the second day are darker blue and a different fabric (as you can see from the water beading up on only some cushions in the pictures). I assumed it would kind of fade to the same shade since the first box was in the sun for an extra day but a few weeks later, its the same. Its perfectly sturdy and comfortable.
