If you are over 6 feet tall or have a very long inseam, you are going to love this couch. I am 5'2" with a 29" inseam, and my feet do not touch the floor when I'm leaning against the back. It does not bother me as I usually curl my legs or put them on a stool. But for people who are short and like both feet on the ground, it may be a dealbreaker. That said, the look is super modern and clean. Very substantial. I had the white glove service, so I can't comment on the assembly other than to say it was just a matter of the men putting the four legs on the couch. It's a very appealing graphite gray color....not too dark, not too light. I will say that it took a long delivery time, more than the average Wayfair times. The cushions are not smooth but I could have done a more meticulous job of pushing the inserts inside the cover. I assembled it alone and while it was a bit tricky to assemble the back, I managed it with some books for support. I gave it 4 stars because the box arrived severely damaged and had evidently been overstuffed at the origin. As a result, some of the pieces were damaged and / or dirty. Wayfair made it right. This is a nice couch for the price. It looks great in our space. It came in a box and we had to put it together, which was a little tricky. The cushions were especially hard because we had to stuff them, and the cushions did not fit in the covers easily.
