Pros looks great, fits in smaller smaller spaces, quality product. The cushions are not soft and squishy. If your looking for a couch you can sink into, this isn’t it. I read the reviews about it being on the firmer side, but I wasn’t expecting it to be that firm. I’m guessinghoping this may change over time. Delivery was great. They give you a 4hr window but the drivers will call about 30 minutes out so you don’t have to sit and wait during that time. Guys super friendly. I unpackaged and assembled the legs myself. It would definitely be easier with two people. But I didn’t feel like waiting for someone to get home to unveil. Took me about 1hr. Overall, I really like it. This couch is absolutely amazing and the perfect compact size. My last sectional might as well have been the room it was so big. This sectional is compact and elegant. I was surprised at how high quality the leather on the seats and headrests was. The faux leather on the back and sides is definitely stiffer and much more durable. It’s impossible to tell the difference unless you push on it and I’m sure it will wear very well. Assembly was simple and straight forward and took all of 10 minutes. It’s comfortable but firm. I’m 6 foot and the chase is perfect for me but my friend who is 6’8” does not find the chase ideal so if you are an average sized person it’s perfect but if you’ve got long legs or are super tall it may be too small for you. If you are over 6 feet tall or have a very long inseam, you are going to love this couch. I am 5'2" with a 29" inseam, and my feet do not touch the floor when I'm leaning against the back. It does not bother me as I usually curl my legs or put them on a stool. But for people who are short and like both feet on the ground, it may be a dealbreaker. That said, the look is super modern and clean. Very substantial. I had the white glove service, so I can't comment on the assembly other than to say it was just a matter of the men putting the four legs on the couch. It's a very appealing graphite gray color....not too dark, not too light. I will say that it took a long delivery time, more than the average Wayfair times. I couldn’t find a better picture, but I really loved this couch. It was easy to clean and held up well since my initial purchase in 2023. I also loved that the decorative pillows came with it because they matched the couch perfectly and made it look really nice in my living room. The only reason I’m getting rid of it now is because my cats unfortunately tore up the sides despite my attempts to protect it. Lesson learned — I also wish I had purchased the insurance. One thing to note is that liquids can seep through the fabric. When my cat had an accident, some of it went through even though I cleaned it quickly. Also, removing the cushion covers from the back of the pillows can be a bit difficult. Overall, I really did enjoy this couch and would buy it again if I didn’t have cats.
