The delivery was very good,came on time and we got the full service delivery, so they brought it up and into our living room and set the whole thing up. It is a very sturdy feeling sofa. We had to send the first one back as it did not come apart properly. The seat is one section but the backs come off for moving. It is still really long and may not fit through some stairways. Wayfair was excellent regarding the return. The guys who brought it took it away and another was delivered. We love the couch. We are 5'7" and 6'0" Our feet hang over the edge of the foot rest but it has not been an issue. It's just me and my husband so it is perfect. Don't know how I would feel about it if it was upright all the time. We always put our feet up. The back has a separate control to put the back in a more upright position. The sofa is fine, but the delivery and service was terrible. The delivery date was pushed back four times from mid-November to mid-January. My email queries went unanswered and when I would phone, I would usually just get the same information which appeared on the website. The one time I did get a representative to call the manufacturer, I was told the sofa would be delivered before Christmas, but it did not arrive till January 16. This was very frustrating and I would never had purchased the sofa had I known it would take over 16 weeks to be delivered. The website originally promised an 8 to 10 week delivery.
