This is a great rug. It was easy to lay out, and shag parts have a nice texture to them that adds interest, and it doesn't give cheap Wayfair rug. That being said, this is my 2nd iteration of this rug because I find the white parts get dirty, don't clean easily, and end up looking gray after awhile. The rug was packaged very well and it was easy to open. We just sat it in place and rolled it open. There is no smell at all. Some of the top and bottom edge will need to relax to lay completely flat. The rug looks a little bit different in color than the picture. However it is because of the deep shag. The run was unbelievably cheap (got it during a sale), so overall it was worth what I paid. I was looking for a smaller rug to fill my tight living room space and needed a washable one since I have dogs. This rug came super fast, and the design is exactly as shown. It is a very thin rug so if you want something comfortable or plush this isn’t it, but it’s perfect what I needed. My only issue is how quickly it gets dirty which is to be expected given the light color, however it really gets dirty immediately so wouldn’t recommend if you have large dogs. The ridges are just enough to provide texture mixed in with the Sisal rug feeling and the Dyson vacuum rolls over this without stopping the brushes, so that's a win for me. The color is beautiful and goes great in our room. I think I might cut the tassles off down the road as they seem a big extra and just flop around.
