I'm beyond pleased with this faux fur throw blanket! I've never been a fan of fur per se, preferring other textures, but this blanket has won me over. It's heavy, but still lofty if you sort of fluff it around you like a cocoon. The golden brown is so rich - it's a deep minky brown in the "undercoat" with golden brown and gray-brown on the ends of the fibers. The softness is absolutely dreamy. I ordered this blanket in the ‘black marble’ option. It is incredibly soft and cozy and perfect size for cuddling on the couch. Really excited to put it to use once it gets colder! It’s definitely heavy and warm, even with the air conditioning blasting. The only thing I’m a little disappointed in is the color. I don’t now if my pictures fully show, but it almost shows a bit on the blue side. Especially in the lighter gray spots. The opposite side is a solid velvet-y material in a slightly warmer gray that slightly contrasts the slightly blue-ish black on the fur side. I wish I could give this blanket more than 5 stars on my review! I absolutely love this one! It is incredibly soft and has a perfect weight to it. I originally got it when I was sick because I stayed cold and didn’t want to crank up the heat just for me. Now, I’m feeling better and my daughter has decided that she is claiming this blanket. She loves it. She has used it on her bed for a while now and has fallen in love with it, so I suppose it’s hers now….and that’s ok with me! It has become her favorite. First of all, this is the warmest blanket I've ever owned. It was perfect in the winter months when I lived in Boston and just needed an extra layer on the bed to keep warm.
