It took me four hours by myself to put together but the instructions were ok and all the hardware was there. Construction of the wood parts was good. It's very solid and I love having the trundle option under the bed. Just remember that you need a thinner mattress for the trundle pull out than for the top bed. Pleased with my purchase. The queen size bed frame and headboard came in excellent condition. The construction appears solid. Assembly took less than 30 minutes. However, if you arent very familiar with furniture assembly instructions, you may struggle a little as none of the pieces were labeled with the numbers used in the instructions. The drawers are on wheels so they slide very easy on hardwood floor, but even carpet works OK because the wheel casters of good quality At this price point, though, I will expect the wooden slats for the mattress would be just wall on Waldorf, but instead you have to measure it and nailed it in yourself each slot at a time.
