The sofa is so soft and very comfy. I love the color. I bought the orange. It's a burnt orange, rust looking color. At first I thought the corduroy was too big but I wound up loving it. It was easy to put together. I did it myself. It took me longer to unwrap everything than it did to put it together. Every piece was labeled perfectly and the couch was packed really well. It came in two boxes on the same day. However it came several days late and the customer service was a bit dismissive about it when I called. Absolutely love it! I was hesitant because of some reviews remarking about the back pillows being too thin or flimsy and how one customer added an extra pillow for extra filling. I purchased it and did exactly what the reviewer suggested and BOOM!! Couldn’t have come out any better, so adding an extra king pillow to each of the 3 back pillows is the magic and I also inserted smaller ones to the 2 armrest pillows. Came out beautifully and looks so nice in our flex room. The seat cushions are nice, firm but soft, the premium Chenille is gorgeous.
