I really want to give 5 stars for quality look and feel of fabric, legs, design and ease of assembly. Received bench which 1 side support and end major flaws - filled and covered up a miss-drilled hole in 1 end piece and a splice one side rail. Would never have purchased without a serous discount if at all. I have neither time or patience to undo partial assembly and rebox to return. Seem to be other comments after reading many more of them. Not a one off issue, buyer beware. Also has protective slides on the legs in white, on dark wood. Stands out and need to be switched to brown or remove.. Linda. Wesley Chapel, FL. Fri Aug 28 2026

Colors are true to what is shown online, it is a nice muted sage green, works great with our wood accents. We use it more as a foot stool coffee table (with a tray on top) than we would use for sitting. It wouldnt be comfortable to sit on regularly. Mikhail. Pittsburgh, PA. Mon Nov 11 2024

Love them!! I love the shape, storage, color, and material. We've had them for a few months now. They are pretty large so you need space for them. Came all put together with the smaller one inside the larger one. They do show hair if my cat lays on them but just a quick wipe and it all comes off. To start off, I was really skeptical after it took a few days to ship not to mention, no reviews at all and all the other listings of the same product at different prices (this one the cheapest I’ve found at around 190), but different (white labeled) “companies” selling it, no reviews either. Anyway, It finally was shipped out but then it was still saying it was in GA and hasn’t moved. After a few days, it STILL said GA. Yesterday, originally the expected delivery date, still in GA- same fedex facility. This was a FEDEX issue for sure. I contacted them and they opened a case. FedEx even stopped outside my house yesterday after I opened my case coincidentally. I think the driver had it on his route that my address has a package supposed to be delivered) but after looking in his truck for a few minutes, he got back into his seat and drove off. Well this morning no update with the case, I check my phones notifications and says my package is out for was like“what!”. I check and it was! All of a sudden, said it arrived in troutdale, OR late last night and arrived to my local FedEx location here this morning. Why all of a sudden there’s updates after nothing Idk but FedEx does suck. Product is exactly what listing shows however and is great. The holes are a bit off but after some wiggling it in, it screws in fine!. Jules L. ID. Wed Jun 03 2026

This is a stylist storage ottoman and overall I am pleased with it. It feels solid, and was very easy to put together. The fabric has a soft polyester/felt feel to it which is nice, but seems like it will hold a stain if anything were to get spilled on it.. Michelle. Watertown, MA. Thu Jul 09 2026
