The Carlesha 15” Lamp by Canora Grey is a lovely lamp. The green shade and brass body are timeless class. The lamp looks high quality material wise. It feels sturdy and well crafted. The glass is thick, doesn’t feel cheap. Unboxing and plugging in is a breeze. No bulb is included. I recommend a standard size Edison LED low Kelvin bulb with a dimmer attachment. A longer bulb will have the green shade look unbalanced when lit via the socket taking up 2 inches or so. A regular bulb will have the light centered evenly. In reality, it’s a very pretty off-white plain glass shade, square (not flare at all), almost with a linen appearance. If I hadn’t thrown away the box, I would’ve considered returning. Excellent quality, beautiful lamp with a nice number of color options. I chose green yellow. The glass shades are hand blown in clear and white, the. Thehand painted, and baked enamel. The shades are heavier, and larger, than most of this styles the lamp base has nice detailing. I like the leaves. We placed two lamps on a niche above our wet bar. Be aware, the green yellow has an extremely yellow light. I had warm white bulbs 2700 kelvin and it looked like a yellow bug light. I changed them to bright white 3000 kelvin and it helped, substantially.
