Delivered in two well packaged large boxes. Came with clear and visual directions with well labeled parts. It was time consuming but very intuitively made and easy to assemble; took me two evenings of 3-4 hours each to assemble all of it piece by piece. All parts were made of high quality and consistent, no irregularity, now that's good QC! Clamps were the hardest to put on but I followed all instructions. When it needs a refresh, it's a cinch to unzip the cushion covers and toss them into the washing machine.

This is definitely a nice set. The star of the show is the wicker. It’s pretty of course but also very nice quality with a nice pliability. It doesn’t look or feel cheap and plastic-y like some wicker (real and fake). 2 minor points that made me take off a star the first is that the back cushions, while comfortable, fall downblow away with high wind... a bit more so than other sets I’ve had. I may try to find a solution with either sewing or Velcro or something like that. The second point, and I more or less knew this going into the purchase, is that the backs are low. We’re all fairly small, and it’s still quite comfortable.
