I was in love the minute it came out of the box, really! The soft velvety material the fabulous teal color did it ) My son had it together quite quickly and the moment of truth arrived. Would it be too firm as some reviews said or would it be just fine as others said The truth turned out to be right down the middle! The first reaction was like sitting up in a straight back chair. Not what I wanted. However I wasn’t giving up that easily. I thought of what might help bring a bit more of a relaxing experience I found a 12” x 20” lumbar pillow and stuck it right at the base of the cushion, where a lumbar pillow would naturally go and it was just right!
