This sink looked like a really nice product overall—clean, modern shape with a great finish, and it seemed like it would’ve been a perfect fit for the vanity. Wayfair made it easy, arranged pickup right from my house, and I received a full refund with no hassle. Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. Solid, good finish to the wood, looks great, but the instructions are terrible. Instructions are pictures only, and it's not clear what they are trying to indicate. The videos I found for this exact product are for different style of attachment, so not helpful. I have put together many of these types of furniture. This bathroom vanity is perfect in our newly renovated bathroom. The gray color is soft and lovely with the porcelain tile we chose for the floor and shower. The construction of the vanity is done very well with dovetail drawers that are soft closing and the opening below the sink has pullout tray for storing items. The doors are also soft closing.
