Overall, and for the price, I’d say this desk is ideal. I live in a 700 sq ft space and needed something for my new office corner as I’d started working remotely. I was a bit surprised at the material used for the drawers—they’re made of fabric with plastic handles—but that’s on me for not reading the product description more closely. However, I did appreciate that the drawers were easy to construct in that they are actually collapsible containers. Overall construction was very easy and took maybe an hour solo. I think the only caveat I have is that the elevated platform portion made it difficult to install a C-clamp dual monitor stand. This desk is very sturdy and roomy. It came packaged well and in 2 boxes. It was very time consuming to put together by myself. It took 7 ½ hours in all. It wasn’t too hard but just took a long time. The instructions were just pictures and no written words. There were a few places I had a hard time getting the holes to match up. But overall, it wasn’t too bad. The desk is really sturdy and has a lot of room to work on. It has an extra mobile filing cabinet that sits on the side. It has 2 shelves above, a large open space for items, and a double hanging filing area on the bottom. It works for both letter, legal and A-4 size folders. There is plenty of room to put a printer on the top or on the desk itself. The legs are very strong steel. The wood is manufactured wood but it looks nice. There is a LED lighting feature strip on it for a nice added effect. There are cut-out designs on the front of the desk that run horizontally. The Filing Cabinet Size is : 15.75''D * 31.5''W * 29.53''H. And the Desk Size is: 31.1''D * 63''W * 29.53''H. The desk is gray on most of the desk except it is black on the area where you would be working on the top. It is an L shaped executive desk.
