[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off with my immediate first impression of this- I immediately fell in love with the color! As you can see, the color of this set goes very well with my kitchen and countertops. This makes is very elegant to see and looks very aesthetically pleasing! Now onto the cooking. It makes it very easy to cook. I made the eggs in the picture, and did not use any additional oil aside from the one that melts from cheese. It was very easy to take out of the pan- no sticking! I am curious to see how well it lasts in the long term. Hopefully with more and more use it doesn’t start warping. I really like the baking items as well. Making cookies was a breeze and for the most part easy to clean. I do wish the handles for the cookware were a bit sturdier and thicker. The pans and pots themselves feel very thick but the handles for pans and pots just seem too thin for the rest of the pan. That’s just my personal opinion though.. Jannettem4_4017. Mon Jul 07 2025

Masterfully forged from professional-grade High-Carbon Steel, the Amethyst Collection features eight individually forged kitchen knives that are built to last so that you never need another kitchen knife set again. High-Carbon Steel, which was once the metal of choice for Japanese swordsmiths, has been exploding in popularity due to its added hardiness and sharpness, to such a degree that high-carbon steel has become the premier choice of many professional chefs. Each Amethyst knife is carefully heat-treated and sharpened to perfection for razor-sharp cutting and extreme durability. The knives are etched with a traditional Damascus pattern, paying homage to a style of knife-making whose history stretches back over 1000 years. The knives boast a 15° edge for superior cutting, as compared to a typical 20-25° edge found in most Western knives. You WILL feel the difference from the very first cut. Each knife has a stunning Purple Resin Handle that not only adds a unique accent to your kitchen, but also confers a strong, comfortable grip to make your chopping as effortless as possible. The knives also have a finger guard for extra protection. Achieve culinary perfection with the Amethyst Knife Collection.

Beautiful set. Highly recommend. My only complaint is the handles weren’t as shiny as I expected but doesn’t take away from the overall beauty. Julie. NM. Sun Jul 12 2026
