I bought the 11". I have used BergHOFF exclusively for 12 years. The only difference is I previously bought the BergHOFF Eurocast, from a another retailer. I even contacted BergHOFF by email, asked them if the ferno-green (ceramic), was the same. BergHOFF Eurocast has a shiny finish on top of the inner pan coating. Berghoff assured me it was in fact the same. Time will tell, 4 of my frying pans are the only ones that wore out after 10 years. Been putting off buying new ones until I found them on Wayfair. After 12 years of use, my 12 1/2 inch WOK and 1 other 12 1/2 inch frying pan plus 2 others, still look brand new. One point I will make is I have Parrots, last 30 years, this is one of the only type pan if accidentally overheated will not kill them. Teflon type pans when new or overheated , the fumes will kill any Parrot/bird you have living in your home. Pretreat the pans with vegetable oil as instructed, and periodically do it over the months and many years you have them, they are well worth the money spent.. Anonymous. South Bend, IN. I ordered the 11" pan in gray and was surprised when the box showed an ivory pan. The correct one was inside though. Attaching the handle was super easy -- just press the button, slide into the side of the pan, and release the button. The handle feels secure and looks like a really pretty woodgrain but is totally metal. Detaching it for storage is just as easy. Most importantly, the non-stick feature works wonderfully -- no cooking spray needed! I made an omelette with veggies and cheese, and it was so nice to not have to deal with food sticking to the pan. Per the instructions, I made sure to use a rubber spatula (and not metal utensils). Washing with a soft sponge and dishwashing liquid was a breeze too. This pan will be my go-to from now on!. Linda. We have not used this three-piece nonstick frying pan set yet. My husband is the cook in the family and said that this will work great for the stove. Had my eye on these pans from Wayfair forever. Finally decided to give them a try. Did I need three? Absolutely! Rivetless interior to prevent snags and food buildup. Just wipe it with a paper towel or rinse it with water. I had these for a while now and there are no scratches and food heats up well. My husband wants me to get more. The color is pretty too.
