This is an awesome bed. I love everything about it. Indeed I needed a couple of replacements (replaced footboard because the first one received was cracked and had to request a center support leg that was initially missing), but both Wayfair and the Manufacturer were quick to respond and ship the needed parts, so: all and all, I give this bed a 5-star rating. What I do not rate very high is the service I received from the "professional technician". I paid for professional assembly and what I got was a guy with Dewalt Drill who was very much in a hurry to get somewhere else, after I allowed him to change the appointment time (at his request). The craftsmanship is excellent—the drawers glide smoothly and the panels fit together perfectly. One of my favorite features is the pull-out nightstand slides. They are incredibly convenient and keep the room looking tidy since they aren't in the way when not in use. While assembly took me about 7 hours solo, the end result is so sturdy and high-quality that it was well worth the time. Plus, the solid wood slats provide a perfect, stable base for any mattress. The new shipment did arrive with all the parts, but we also noticed some chipping and damage on the side. At that point, we decided to keep it because we were tired of going back and forth. We were looking for a simple storage bed without a headboard and this has worked out wonderfully! The drawers look small but hold all of our bed linens — sheets, extra comforters, and blankets. I can’t speak to how the assembly process was because we had the service do it, but it has been perfect for our needs. It looks great in our room and feels very stable. We also use a bunkie board underneath our mattress because we have a sleep number mattress and we wanted the extra support beyond the slats (spaced too far apart for a sleep number mattress).
