This looks good, not cheap particle board. However, I can't give 5 stars because it is so cheaply made. I don't think it's obvious unless you've assembled it. The metal is so thin- two pieces were warped from shipping . The wood is super lightweight pine. You can carve in it with a fingernail. There are already several scuffs on it before assembly. The instructions are poor. We had to take apart and put back together several times because key details were not included. Also, it shows the last step is installing glass doors, but that's impossible to do with the top piece on so I had to take it off to put doors on. There drawer has no rail or fittings , so it doesn't close all the way. In all it's better than mdf , but not worth the $ and I have serious doubts it will hold up long without scratches .. Milo. When I see something described as solid wood I expect the whole thing to be solid wood. The backing is flimsy MDF as are the drawer bottoms. The drawers are extremely delicate I would not purchase this unit to store anything. Assembly took 4 hours (with screw gun) and I’ve built a lot of furniture. There was an improperly constructed hole preventing one of the fasteners working to hold the top on (ultimately not necessary for function, luckily).
