It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. Better than a zero clearance recliner and ideal for space with limited square footage (e.g. RV), this recliner can be placed directly against the wall and optimizes the space available. When you ease into the reclining position, the seat moves forward but leaves no gap between the back and the seat. The back of the recliner doesn't bump against a wall or whatever is placed behind it.
