Had a lot of difficulty in finding an LVP flooring that was a nice light, but not too light, look with a beautiful variation of color and grain. The Rock Maple Medio is perfect and fills the bill. This Tarkett plank flooring is also narrower than most which gives it a more traditional look. We are doing our whole house in this and believe it will give many years of enjoyment.. Mitchell. NC. Beautiful color pretty easy to install once we got the hang of it, but I’m already finding these aren’t as durable as I had anticipated. They’ve been installed a little over a month and I’m already seeing tiny scratches, which makes me nervous what they will look like a year from now… I thought these would be able to withstand our daily lifestyle Update I’m so upset that I went ahead and ordered more flooring after initially just doing my bedroom… I wanted to go throughout the house. However, these are soooo prone to scratches dings!!!! I have 3 kids, and our daily life is no match for these floors- a few months in and they are looking like they are 10 years old. So disappointed.. Kalle. East Moriches, NY. Mon Apr 27 2026

My rating is based on the packaging, not service. I saw the prior customer review regarding the packaging, but ordered anyway, since I've purchased from Wayfair for several years and never had to return an item, I thought it might have been a one time issue that occurred with that customer. They were correct. The vendor's packaging had no padding, and when the tiles arrived only 1 tile out of the 2 packages was unbroken. However, I had no issues with the return process. I went through the chatbot with a customer service rep, uploaded pictures of the damage and it was quickly resolved and refund received.. Jayma. Irmo, SC. Wed May 06 2026
