It is even better in person. The glass pieces are well made and overall came well packed, no damage. However, like several other light fixtures that I purchased and helped install, the instructions are not the best. I wish they provided more details in a form of step by step, like furniture, instead of condensing the entire installation in one picture. The crystals are also pretty and heavy, it would look even better if they did not have one side flat, but you can’t tell from far. It was for my daughter’s bedroom, it looks beautiful. The 3tier base is 24 inches and this one is 12 inches. after careful observing it’s only 2 tiers. We downloaded the app and was working well originally. The timer to brighten the mood worked well but the timer to soften the mood didn’t work. We tried it a couple of times. the timer on the remote was good both ways.
