They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. Purchased this for our basement for the occasional overnight guest, and for regular use as a loveseat. Unboxing and setup was surprisingly easy, took about 30 minutes from start to finish with one person. Both the seat and bed are on the firm side, but still more than comfortable enough, and with some use may loosen up a bit. The power source on the side is a nice touch as well.
