Looks great! Quality is very sturdy. Great product for the price, compared to major retailers. The stone came mostly together, we unfortunately did have one of the pieces break before we even opened the box. This stone gives the illusion that the full tile is made of stone, when it is just the front face that is designed to look like stone. Even though it mimics the stone, it adds a great touch to our kitchen. the tile itself is stunning. I only received 5 sq ft after ordering 60 sq ft so I called wayfair. I had a very hard time helping them understand sq ft and how many tiles should be in each unit. This is really pretty but the hexagons are a lot smaller than I expected and the color is very mixed, whites, beige, cream, not white white as detailed in the product description, but I would be willing to overlook this because the price was well worth the change in my design. I say would because I can't do anything with my order currently due to a huge problem I am still trying to run down which is extremely frustrating. I used the Wayfair tool to calculate what I needed to order based on my square footage, which totals 80 sq. ft. Both the calculation tool as well as the total summary of my order clearly states that 1 Unit contains 10 sheets or 10 sq. ft of tile. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it was only 8 individual sheets not the 8 boxes of 10 sheets/80 sheets as needed, which I have rechecked twice since to make sure I was not missing something. The worst part is that I was charged for 80 sq. ft. or 8 units (1 unit = 10 sheets/80 sheets total). Not sure what I am going to do at this point but this was disappointing, frustrating and costing me more time than I have and no tile to provide contractors who are scheduled to finish my kitchen in two days.. The tiles are what I expected. I ordered 18 cases, 12 tiles per case for my home project. $2.29 per tile $27.48 per case. I did read the poor reviews, called customer service to inquire on the cost and and quantity dispute that other customer had experienced. I was assured that the matter was solved with vendor. Today I received 2 case with 11 tiles each. My order was filled for 22 tiles but charged for 18 at $27.48 per tile and not at the cost as posted in ad.. Since placing the order the post was revised it no long had the $2.29 per tile nor does it show the case quantity. After spending over one hour with Wayfair customer service and then talking to a Supervisor at which i received total run around of word play I was issued a refund. So now I do not have the tiles for my installation which had to be cancelled. And a floor project at a total stand still. Frustrated, disappointed with Wayfair not being proactive in adjusting the vendor sale page after the 1st incident. I cant blame customer service at this point they are only executing what they are being told. So my $512.53 tile project would truly cost $5,935.68...... I don't think so! Never again!!!!. Marygrace.
