A favorite, tuned to the traditional scale of Balinese shadow puppet play. This chime gets its tuning from one of the brightest elements of the music of Bali, an exotic scale played by percussive gamelan orchestras. The warm winds and plentiful precipitation of the rainforest bring about lush, colorful plants and flowers. They don’t guarantee this beautiful-sounding wind chime will bring you rain, but they do guarantee it will bring you joy. This chime carries a lifetime tuning guarantee.

Exceeded my expectations. Great quality, including the chime.. Joyce. Cincinnati, OH. Fri Jun 12 2026

This handcrafted steel bell has a contemporary charm and a great tone. This handcrafted, wind-activated bell, with its bold tone and design, functions nicely as a welcome bell at any entrance to your home or garden. They tone their bells to unite two important ways the instrument vibrates. One is the sound of the bell itself and the other is the hollow chamber inside the bell that acts like an organ pipe. The slots on the sides of the bell are the secret to this unique coupling. The result is a rich sound with much depth and beauty. This steel ball has been coated with a handsome, durable finish, so you can enjoy it for years to come. Hang your Heroic Large Wind Chime in a breezy spot and let it play in the wind.

The Heroic Windbell™ Wind Chime is a very nice chime. Made with quality metal material and the sound of the chime is beautiful. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is extremely heavy. I bought it to hang on a shepards hook by our pool but it is way too heavy. We will need to get a strong mounted hook to support its weight. Overall very happy because it is a uniquie item.. Bonny. A graceful design reminiscent of calligraphy, this gong captures the romance and splendor of the Far East. Inspired by traditional Asian design, their Emperor Series offers wonderful sound and is intended to reflect balance, harmony, grace, and beauty. Chinese instrument makers have made gongs for thousands of years and are deserving of their reputation of making the best in the world. Many processes go into creating the special sound of a Chinese Gong, including fine toning as a result of hand-hammering. In Buddhism, the gong is sounded at the start and end of each day. In Chinese temples, gongs are struck 108 times because it's believed that sentient beings have 108 types of worries. The teaching is this upon hearing the gong, worries will cease, and wisdom will grow. Nothing can transport them to another time and place quite like the brilliant resonance of a gong. For over a thousand years, gongs of various types have played an important role in both the religious and secular music of many Asian cultures. Gongs were sounded to chase away evil spirits, warn of invading armies, heal the sick, and invoke the spirits of the dead. To be touched by a gong was said to bring happiness and strength. Today, this revered instrument of warriors, emperors, princes, and priests adds a special aura to any setting. Handcrafted using traditional methods, this collection brings the ancient wonders of the Far East home.

The Chimes of Neptune is designed and handcrafted for superior musical performance and is hand-tuned to a five-note scale found all over the world. It acts in concert with the wind to create random patterns of wonderful music and will work in perfect harmony with all other Encore Collection chimes right in your own back yard. Neptune’s distant blue-green world has a dynamic atmosphere and blustery weather. Temperatures drop to minus 400 degrees Fahrenheit and ferocious winds gust to 900 mph. Our Chimes of Neptune do not require gusting winds; they will play pleasing sounds with the gentlest breeze. This soft music may remind one of the celestial, all-women’s chorus at the end of Gustav Holst’s Neptune, The Mystic.

Item arrives in one box. Item is very well made and sturdy. The wood is very nicely done and the string is thick and should hold up for a long time. The wind chimes sound very nice and have a great sound. I highly recommend this product.. Eric. US. Thu May 21 2026

Tuned to beautiful melodies and scales from around the world and available in a wide range of styles, songs, and sizes, you can choose the Woodstock Chime that speaks to your soul. How it all began. Garry and his wife Diane founded Woodstock Chimes / Woodstock Percussion, in 1979 and it remains based in New York's Hudson Valley. GRAMMY Award-winning musician Garry Kvistad created the first Woodstock Chime from an aluminum lawn chair he found in a landfill. As a professional musician and instrument designer, he was fascinated by the Scales of Olympos, a 7th-century pentatonic scale that can't be played on a modern piano. Garry had the idea to cut and tune the lawn chair chime tubes to the exact frequency of the ancient scale. The resulting Chimes of Olympos was the first Woodstock Chime and is still one of our best-selling wind chimes.

I really like this wind chime. The jute rope it hangs from looks to be secure, but we’ll see how it holds up overtime in the elements. It would take a pretty good wind for it to actually make noise though as the chime is very heavy, but it is beautiful to look at while reflecting the light. Good buy. I would recommend.. Jeffrey.
