Sear, saute, and sizzle without the mess. This durable and versatile splatter guard is a heavy-duty grease cover. Moisture is the enemy of crisping and browning, so this crucial kitchen tool is built with a stainless steel interior mesh panel that lets steam escape - but keeps oil in the pan - so bacon crisps and chicken browns perfectly every time. Plus, it protects your stove and countertop from grease and oil. The dual stainless steel rims are designed for a perfect fit on most 10- and 12-inch pans; the guard can serve as a cover for any pot or pan up to 12 inches. The stainless steel handle, which is wrapped in comfortable stay-cool silicone, easily folds away for compact storage between uses. This versatile tool can also be used as a strainer for draining pasta and grains. And it’s dishwasher safe, so you can forget the grease and focus on the food.

Works well! Small amounts of splatter come through, but nothing compared to without it.. Liza. Mon Feb 23 2026
