I loved the first one I purchased so much that I ended up purchasing another. They look refined and offer an incredible amount of storage. The assembly directions; however, are not the most straightforward so I do recommend reading through them twice. Beautiful cabinet! Very solid piece and looks more costly than it is. Well worth the 8 hours it took to put together. :) We added it to a spare bedroom used as a workout room/reading room. It has plentiful storage for hiding and organizing things you don't want out in the open, while still having a nice space to display those miscellaneous collectibles one acquires on trips abroad. The light feature has 2 different temperatures (cool/warm) which elevate the entire piece. We store our board/card games in the cabinetry/drawers as well as craft supplies, small photoshoot props, office supplies, etc. The height is impressive! I haven't styled the glass shelves yet. They arrived undamaged. The instructions were basic, but enough if you pay attention to the diagrams. The doors needed to be adjusted to keep them closed (needed to close the gap between them; it wasn't hard). I did find one area that could use improvement. If you lose power, the lights don't automatically come back on. You have to press the button that is in line with the power. It is designed to have that button unit outside the shelf, but if you stuff these against a wall and outlet, you'd have a tough time turning them back on- especially when you have three of these shelves against each other to make the 95" build. I ended up drilling an additional hole and routing the other end of the USB cable through it, buying a flat/low-profile USB block with multiple ports so I could have the button in the lowest shelf, upper left-hand corner. The cabinets look great! I was expecting them to be about 1 foot higher than they are (I guess I didn’t measure well). Its a good sold wood cabinet. Fits lots of heavy books. We were very happy we paid for assembly as it took him a while to do. He did a great job. took quite a bit of time to build alone. after i finished putting it together i noticed the front doors don’t like up together perfectly, one is slightly off by a centimeter, but it’s not really noticeable. the whole cabinet is pretty heavy duty. i can see this lasting me a long time. i love how it looks, i love that it holds everything i planned to put in it. it’s an awesome cabinet.. It’s a lovely unit and does the job for which we need it. And it looks good in our space. We really like the height and depth. We only wish the light strips were not as visible. They should be directed towards the contents of the bookcase, and not outwardly. Also the touch-sensor button for the lights is a bit tricky to figure out.
