Neat cabinet but the instructions were not accurate. I got this for my daughter’s room so she can display her anime figurines without the cat knocking them over. Looks great installed. Took a long while to put together, you will need 2 people, but it looks nice. The only complaint I have is that the light colors look really awful, we actually ended up buying new led strips in a soft white finish because it looked so ghetto. Also it didn't come with anything to plug the led strips into, we had to buy an outlet/connector to plug into the wall that would work with it. This is pretty decent quality. Not high end for sure but perfect for my game room as a display for my statues I paint. When building it, it seems unstable and wobbly but once you put the clips in the back its very solid and stable. I recommend adding self adhesive felt to the bottom of the furniture when building it. The LEDS work well but it could use another set on the second shelves of each section so I am going to add two more strips to mine. The LEDS are also at a very bright white range so I'm replacing the existing ones with 5500k temp lights that will display the colors more correctly. Overall, I like the unit. It arrived next day and the setup was pretty straightforward. I have 5 other cabinets that are similar but not identical to this one so a lot of the setup was the same. I had to makemake 2 additions to make the cabinet work for me. First, I added legs. I don’t like cabinets that drag on the floor especially when you need a place to put the power cords. Second, I added lights to the glass shelves. The way the unit works. Anything on the two glass shelves device light but if you have a lot of things on those shelves, the light doesn’t fully transmit to the wood shelves. I’ve been reading that the lights tend to die within 30-60 days so let’s see if that happens to me it I have a backup plan to add new lights o I’ll be fine if it does. Overall, a descent unit. This shelf is great! I needed away to make my bfs game room more classy and less trashy. I think this did the trick. Assembly was time consuming. The 2 of us worked on it for 3 hours one night and another 1 hour the next day just to get the doors on. If you’re ocd stay away as it’s all glass and mirrored background. It feels and looks high quality and the lockable feature is great. Supposedly the glass is explosion proof so I’m hoping it survives when we move. The color feature makes this fit any rooms vibe. It might be worth actually paying someone to assemble and not a 1 person job! Update- After 3 days the powerbank stopped working but luckily we were able to order a new one. The package was very heavy. It took two of us to move it. The display shelf had large peices of glass that two people had to do or not sure it could he done at all. The peices were heavy and time consuming to build with. It does come with a pair of gloves to help reduce smudges on the glass. It doest have any lighting in it, but does come with lock and key. The display shelf was still wobbly after completing the build. Im not sure how secure it will be unless anchored to the wall. Overall the shelf is ok, but I think it should go for less money.. Nice cabinet, easy to put together if you know how to build stuff. I added custom door pulls that I had made from a local glass blower. Using it as a liquor cabinet, quickly realized it fills up fast. Only complaint is the lights that were included were not the same as in the video and installation per instructions was to punch the pre cut holes out of back panel. I chose not to do that because I felt it would distort the back panel which is very thin and kind of flimsy. I routed the lights behind the shelves and used a split loom wire cover to hide the wires from the lights. I would suggest that the manufacturer use threaded holes and machine hardware instead of small holes and self tapping screws. Installation would be easier and would make product feel more stable.
